By processing your payment through our Web site you agree that
the payment of premium is considered a reapplication for coverage and is a representation that there have been
no substantial changes to occupancy or to the condition of the property. If the property is vacant or unoccupied
the Policyholder must contact his or her Producer (Insurance Agent). If you as Policyholder do not have a Producer
who can confirm coverage eligibility for you, then you should contact the Associations directly at (919) 821-1299.
If the property is vacant or unoccupied you cannot use this credit card process.
Any misrepresentation or willful concealment of a material fact or circumstance may void the policy back to the date
of its inception. Regardless of who pays the premium on this policy, the Policyholder is ultimately responsible for
complying with this Provision.
Payment by Credit Card does not relieve you of the obligation to return your Continuation Application or Interim Adjustment Notice to your Producer (Insurance Agent)
who will forward the completed form(s) to the Association. A Notice of Cancellation will be issued if the Continuation Application or Interim Adjustment Notice is not returned prior to the expiration or cancellation date.
If you feel that you are entitled to a refund of premium after you complete the transaction please contact your Producer
(Insurance Agent). If you do not have a Producer you can contact our Underwriting Department at (919) 821-1299 between 8:00 am and
4:15 pm (est) Monday through Friday.
